As an applicant in a personnel recruitment and selection project carried out by HILL International, you will go through the following steps:

  1. CV check
    In the first step, we compare the ‘hard facts’: do the qualifications match the requirements of the job profile? Tip: in your CV or letter of application refer to the demands made and express your motivation.

  2. Interview
    We invite the short-listed applicants to an interview with an expert from HILL. Take the opportunity to present yourself personally, report in detail about your career and gain information about the position and your future employer.

  3. HILL Competence Analysis©
    In an objective manner, the method registers personal and social orientations, competences and individual strengths. By comparing the job profile and individual features, HILL can identify the most suitable candidate. After all, the aim is to establish a working and long-standing relationship between you and the enterprise. The following personal feedback from our counsellors will give you concrete information about your strengths and development potentials, so that you can employ them in an even more targeted way and in any case benefit from your application to HILL.

  4. Presentation
    If you are among the top candidates, you will have the opportunity to meet your prospective employer personally, to ask questions and to show yourself at your best. In many cases, additional hearings or the Assessment Center are used to obtain an even more differentiated picture. Good luck!

  5. Signing the contract
    Ultimately, the customer opts for a person. You lay down all the key data for your working relationship and the start of work
