Everyone’s talking about »teamwork« and it is an essential prerequisite for success!

For the successful assembly of a work team profound diagnostics in the selection of employees is of great importance. The selection process must appraise, besides performance criteria, also the personality of the candidates and should take into consideration that the »newbie« should fit into the preexisting team.

Barriers to success
A constructive work climate is an essential precondition for effective groupwork. In the daily stress and pressure for success relationship issues between individuals are often not discussed – misunderstandings remain unresolved, anger is swallowed, disappointments pushed aside...
In this way invisible barriers hinder workflow more and more. Often nobody knows the exact reason why one team is very successful while another team comprised of similarly qualified employees demonstrates no progress.

In this case – optimally also in prophylaxis – the intervention of external coaches for special trainings (workshops, outdoor seminars,) makes sense.
It is essential that these measures are taken regularly – homeopathic doses are not effective in the business of consultation. This also applies to the number of participants: anything under a representative number of employees does not pay off.
 
How does team training operate?
The first step is the exact definition of the goal you want to reach together and the results. On a personal level it is about getting rid of the built up resentment and resistance – for these delicate matters a person centred approach offers security and avoids eventual personal attacks. Long overdue discussions and arguments are carried out under the leadership and moderation of a trained expert and become distinctly more constructive.
